Google PPC and Facebook Ads Specialist

Sell More Wraps is looking for a skilled digital marketing specialist with a proven record in Google PPC and Facebook Ads. You'll be the driving force behind our paid advertising strategies, helping local automotive wrap shops stand out, attract attention, and drive more vehicles to their doors. Experience in SEO is a fantastic bonus, though it’s not the main focus of this role.

About the Google PPC and Facebook Ads Specialist

In this role, you won’t just be managing campaigns—you’ll be a strategic partner, creating impactful advertising experiences that generate real results. You’ll work across multiple small accounts, each with ad spends ranging from a couple thousand to $5k+ monthly. Your job is to understand the nuances of each local market, identify trends, and continuously optimize for maximum impact. If you haven’t read Breakthrough Advertising, Ogilvy on Advertising, or Scientific Advertising, this might not be the role for you!

Core Responsibilities

🏁 Manage Multiple Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage Google PPC and Facebook Ads for a range of automotive wrap shops, customizing each campaign to meet client goals.

🏁 Analyze & Optimize: Dive into performance data, spotting trends, and making data-driven adjustments to improve campaigns. Split testing and optimization will be central to your success.

🏁 Stay Ahead of Trends: Identify new trends in the automotive wrap industry, adjusting strategies to keep our clients ahead of their competition.

🏁 SEO Skills (Bonus): If you have experience in SEO, you’ll have chances to contribute to optimizing clients’ websites and landing pages, though this isn’t a primary responsibility.

🏁 Collaborate with the Creative Team: Partner with designers and copywriters to create ads that are visually engaging, on-brand, and highly effective.

What We Are Looking for in a Candidate

🏁 3+ years managing Google PPC and Facebook Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred)

🏁 Proven record of success in lead generation and paid advertising for local businesses

🏁 Experience managing multiple small accounts with a range of ad budgets

🏁 Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct split tests and refine performance

🏁 Knowledge of direct response marketing and advertising fundamentals

🏁 Impeccable written and spoken English

🏁 SEO experience (a bonus but not required)

🏁 Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

🏁 Proactive and eager to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends
