About the Inside Sales Agent
This position is critical to our client success. As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll contact potential customers the moment they inquire, giving our clients the competitive advantage they need to turn leads into booked appointments. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you’ll be an integral part of driving results for clients across the automotive wrap industry.
Core Responsibilities
🏁 Immediate Response: Call all new leads within 60 seconds of receiving them to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.
🏁 Daily Appointment Target: Aim to book at least one appointment per day for each client account.
🏁 High Call Volume: Make 200+ calls per day to engage leads, qualify them, and maximize conversion potential.
🏁 Lead Nurturing: Build rapport with potential clients, address their questions, and position our services to align with their needs.
🏁 Scheduling & Follow-Up: Manage appointment schedules and handle follow-up calls to ensure leads show up for their appointments.
